The title on the web article is “Warning to e-addicts Email, text overuse link to mental illness” He marked wrong between e-addicts and Email, but it how it says on the web article. Do I have to change it myself? Do I have to put period or something between “e-addicts Email”? I think I can’t change the web article title. Or MLA can? Perhaps, my professor doesn’t know MLA citation himself? Thank you.

Hi.
I have been adding customized markers to a google map on my website, in the marker description I need to have a word with a possessive case punctuation. What is the right combination of quotes brackets to achieve this. Adding my single ‘ quote possessive punctuation mark screws up the whole thing and gives me an error.

Are there any cases where the punctuation would be on the outside of the end quotation mark? For example, Susan said, “Why on earth would that matter?” Is there any time the question mark or period would be AFTER the ” ?

I have written what I believe is a competent dissertation. Problem is I have writeen 2,000 word less then I should have. I have tried to see where I could add words but I feel adding words would actually ruin the whole piece. Can I still get a decent mark (2:2)

I guess I’m just dumb in this area, but I can never tell where the parenthese marks are supposed to go — before or after marks like commas, question marks, periods, quotation marks, etc.
I am just as confused about quotation marks and when and where punctuation marks go in regards to them.
What about marks like: — or … ?
Any tips for the english illiterate??
Thank you for your patience…
