What does the Chicago Manual of Style say abt. capitalizing prepositions following exclamations & parentheses?

To clarify, I wanted to ask what the Chicago Manual of Style says about capitalizing titles that include prepositions which come after exclamation marks and a parenthesis.

Title 1: “Happy Holidays! from the Collins Family” or “Happy Holidays! From the Collins Family”?

Title 2: “Ten Speed (of God’s Blood and Burial)” or “Ten Speed (Of God’s Blood and Burial)”?

Thank you in advance for the feedback!
