What does it mean when it says “you must endnote all specific sources of information and all quotations” on a research paper assignment? Do I have to put quotations of the sources in endnotes or did it mean I have to make endnotes for quotations that I put in my essay? What am I supposed to do exactly?

If you’re writing about a single article (this one is from the internet), and you’ve already put it in your references at the end, then every time you mention what the article says (which happens a lot), saying something like “The article says that …”, do you have to always put a citation at the end of that? You already said that it’s in the article.
It’s from the internet so there are no page numbers.

I have to write a six page essay, i need a good thesis statement. Here is the question.
Write and eassy in which you explain how karl marx would respond to the following questions: What is the nature and goal of human life? What are the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving this goal? How can these obstacles be overcome? How does knowledge of the contexts within which he lived help us to better understand his thought?
10 points to the best answer. Could i just re-word it and re-state the question?

I am writing a MLA style paper and I need to cite a quote from a book. I know you write the author and the page number. Does that mean that you write the word page and the number like this:
(Author, page 9)
Or do you just put the page number?
(Author, 9)

For instance, if I wrote:
“You’re going to do what?!”
Is that the correct form? I have searched many books, but I have not found any that mention double puncuation. I have seen it used in books, but when I try to find an example, I can’t find it.

when you’re doing intext citations, do you continuing citing after the first one?
For example,
In “Charlotte’s Web: Historical Regulation of ‘Insane Women Murderers’ Robert Menzies and Chunn describe the case of Charlotte Ross , a woman charged with capital murder who’s ordeal within the mental health and justice system lasted for the remainder of her life (2005). Using Charlotte Ross as a case example, Menzies and Chunn discuss how women who commit crimes were deemed insane to enforce society’s ideas of the acceptable behaviour for a woman.
Now here’s the question….do I cite again at the…
